About the Office of the Public Trustee
The Office of the Public Trustee is a corporation established under the Public Curator Act Chapter 81 and Public Curator (Amendment Act 2020), with perpetual succession and the ability to hold, acquire and dispose of properties. The office provides professional administration of estates, trusts, and guardianship services, serving as a trustee of last resort to protect assets for beneficiaries, minors, and vulnerable persons in Papua New Guinea.
