The Office of the Public Trustee is a vital statutory office established under the Public Curator (Amendment) Act 2020 and derives authority from Section 26(k) of the Constitution under Division 2 of the Leadership Code. The Office is dedicated to providing professional and compassionate services in the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring the protection of assets and the welfare of beneficiaries.
